Sean is all around athlete who knows we need to move, run, jump, crawl, throw, catch, squat, swing, run and climb! We need to constantly challenge our grip strength, agility, balance, spatial awareness, speed, power, flexibility, endurance and aerobic capacity under various conditions. We only adapt through challenging ourselves. Obstacle training @COR.FIT provides an unparalleled way to ensure that we experience more within ourselves by blurring the distinction between metabolic conditioning, strength training, mental toughness and fun. The result is a well-rounded athlete capable of challenging their perceived limitations.
Cycling is a great sport for cardiovascular activity but living in Calgary forces us to ride inside to ensure that we get our KMs. Choosing Peloton Cycling is an excellent way to experience a fun, structured ride for all ability levels. By training with a systemic training approach using FTW (Functional Threshold Wattage Training) we challenge ourselves to ride harder, further and faster than we may have thought we could. The end result is a stronger athlete and rider.
In addition to being a passionate trainer, Sean’s career in medical marketing provides a diverse background and strong understanding to incorporate knowledge of cardio-respiratory stamina, musculoskeletal strength and endurance, flexibility, diet and body composition.
Sean’s other athletic interests are hockey, SUP, football, rock climbing, trail running and hockey. Follow him on Instagram at Mjomba05.
