Rosabel Bong is passionate about movement and community. Growing up with martial arts and kicking things since about age 11, Rosabel holds a black belt in Hapkido. She is active in Calgary fitness and enjoys helping people to become the best version of themselves.
She holds an honours degree in Biotechnology, and currently volunteers with Prospect Human services to help bring movement to the lives of people with disabilities.
Martin Parnell is the Best-Selling author of MARATHON QUEST and RUNNING TO THE EDGE and speaks on having a “Finish the Race Attitude – Overcoming Obstacles to Achieve Your Full Potential”.
Between 2010 and 2014, Martin completed 10 extreme endurance “Quests” including running 250 marathons in one year - raising $1.3m for the humanitarian organization Right To Play.
Lourdes shares her time as the Director of Hive Developments, Soma Hammam & Spa, and two non-profits she founded: Leftovers Foundation and Moonlight Market Foundation. She was appointed to Calgary Planning Commission in 2016 and sits on the Board of Directors of: Downtown Association; Hong Kong Canada Business Association; and Calgary Homeless Foundation. She's a mentor for Futurepreneur Canada, and an advisor at United Way - Calgary and Haskayne School of Business.
Sean is all around athlete who knows we need to move, run, jump, crawl, throw, catch, squat, swing, run and climb! Sean's a passionate trainer @COR.FIT and Peloton Cycling's FTW (Functional Threshold Wattage Training).

PlayCity ambassador Tammara Francis firmly believes that there is no challenge that cannot be overcome; with a fractured foot - she took up #boxing. She needed to raise money for #charity and did 1000 #burpees. As an endurance athlete she competes around North America, including the Boston Marathon twice and the North Face Endurance Challenge Series. Tammara also won the X Warrior Challenge Titan series in 2016, and she won second place in the Elite Female, and plans to hold those titles again soon.
